Crossfit

I learned to do them during my fundamentals week, and they really suck!!! So did you watch a video or see someone do it?
 
ya i cld row. i can run sprints, do an elliptical, etc. no treadmill or running long distance, to much on the knees. my prob was i had a botch surgery on my left knee. they tried to repair my meniscus instead of trimming it. thing is it never healed and actually tore during rehab. i went back to that doc and he examined me and twisted my knee every which way which was painful as hell, but he said it was ok. i finally was released to go back to practice 5 months after the surgery. i practiced 2 wks til i went to uab sports med. they looked at my xrays then told me to stand up w/ my legs together. he took a look and was like yep that's what i thought, ur a little bit bowlegged which means the tear was overtime not all at once. plus the tear was diff and cldn't be repaired. they decided to trim it. go into surgery and it had deteriorated so they had to remove it completely. he also told me that i had arthritis already set up in there. this was a wk before my 21st bday. needless to say i redshirted that year, and was never the same.
 
just reading up on it. alot of my patients like to try new things and i figure i might as well be educated in what it be.
 
Lots of girls at my gym("box" is what they call it)!! Some of them put a lot of us guys to shame! Pretty impressive!
 
I have been thinking about trying Crossfit but to be honest I am to sure I can do some of these exercises. Plus the nearest gym is like 40 minutes away. Looks like fun though.
 
Nearest Crossfit Gym is about 40 mins. Gotta gym here at work, pretty nice but lacking alot of equipment. Public gym right done the road but seems like that is just a place for the high school kids to hang out.
 
Warm up

1) 100m run
2) 3 ring pull ups from incline(bw)
3) 3 dips using weight bench(bw)
4) 3 Full clean squats (#95)
5) 3 Head push ups using weight bench

(2 rounds)

WOD

1) 100m run
2) 8 ring pull ups
3) 8 dips using weight bench
4) 3 Full clean squats (#95)
5) 8 Head push ups using weight bench

For 10 rounds, my time was 24min and 20 sec

Stretch for 10 min
