Barr fakery

I assume you're willing to apply that reasoning across the board, regardless of melanin level?

If your hero Avenatti, was in the same situation, I'd apply that same response. If they thought he needed 85 years for jail time I'd be beside myself.....I'd say at least 50 years for the crap Avenatti was doing.

Fascism is agnostic. It is separated from socialism primarily in nationalism rather than universalism, and taking control of means of production by fiat, and not by nationalization. It is a more economically viable model of socialism than the Russian model. Like universal socialism, it is anti-capitalist and collectivist; it is state authority, not individual liberty under constitution. It infected left and right last century, including American progressives. FDR both admired and was admired by Mussolini and Stalin as "men of action". Hitler admired FDR for the same reasons. Nazi newspapers complimented his numerous fascist-like policies, as did domestic papers such as NYT. Regale me some more with talk about fascism, yet another topic you don't understand.

Fascism is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.
In fifty years of reading history, the only actual governmental practice of fascism I can find is on the far right spectrum of political science. Italy, Germany and Argentina were fascist states. The US under FDR never practiced fascism because it has never been a dictatorship nor was it overtly nationalistic. In your example, you are using fascism to describe policies and not actual governmental structure. I think your example plays loose and fast with the word.

His slow, methodical, no-nonsense approach is driving them over the edge. Deep down, they know the Barr tab is comin due soon.

Something like lava flow from a volcano. Better not be standing there looking tinder stupid when Barr gets to you.

What inference did you think he was making by referencing melanin content?

Does not take an advanced degree to decipher.
evillawyer was asking if you guys were going to be consistent with your love of minimal sentencing for non-violent crimes.
I still don't see the name calling.

Libs don’t want to discuss the facts of that article lol

Eric Holder, Obama's big buddy protector wing-man, was always above the law & was untouchable breaking the law. If you brought any kind of charges against Obozo or his hinchmen you were deemed a racist of the highest order.

It doesn't change that fact that national socialism is a socialist model, and viewed by Nazi Germany as an evolution of socialism. Socialism is an economic system in which government owns the means of production on behalf of the people, or by the people directly via worker cooperatives. Without it, there is no socialism.

I never stated FDR was a fascist or the U.S. a dictatorship, but that FDR was likely our most fascist-like president, admired fascists and strong men socialists; that's simply a fact. And of course we've been overtly nationalistic; I don't see how you make that claim, and you seem to think nationalism is undesirable. It isn't; it is a necessary ingredient for the long-term viability of a nation.

If I take your sentence and retain the key hot-button words "xxxxx is a form of authoritarianism characterised by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe, I am describing socialism and fascism.

A person cannot really be aware of what socialism or fascism is, support either, and claim to love America or liberty.

It's 2000 now.
King Trump and his jesters continue to scurry......and post drivel.

So? The constitution doesn't bend with the left's Impeachable Offense of the Day.

The Russia collusion, Kavanaugh-rapist, and impeachment were constructed by vile and evil people not caring about law, truth, or the country. Trying to impeach or have Barr resign for yanking the lease on rogue subordinates is stupidly suicidal. He will shower-rape the '2000' and House Democrats in testimony next month, and put a stake in Protect Democracy Projects "xxxx former prosecutor" lists.

The Nazis were not socialists because they never owned all the means of production in Germany. They had a mixed economy like the US; private ownership of capital and state-provided healthcare/other social benefits. Workers and farmers had no rights. Society in Nazi Germany was regimented but that is not necessarily indicative of a socialist country. There have been democratic socialist countries such as France and Great Britain that did not attempt to control society like the Nazis did.

Nationalism is never good; patriotism is. There is a huge difference between the two.
