Tobasco is soooooo good with alfredo sauce it makes no sense. Good fettuccine alfredo gets even better with crushed red pepper and tobasco.

I've gotten spoiled with sriracha, I love Tabasco but I hardly ever use it anymore.

What is sriracha? Never heard of that before

What? :eek:hmy: you are missing out.

It has to be that brand too, I've tried some generic brands and they were not even close.

Behr, any good flounder recipes?

I think it's better with some type of stuffing and sauce. IMO it's so mild it needs quite a bit of help.

I have made a shiitake mushroom demi glaze that worked well.

But a nice mushroom and Pancetta stuffing with a lemon grass sauce is really good too.

Bake or grill it with a Newburg sauce to finish was a special I did often.

I think I could remember all three.

Kev.

Maybe a Fresh spinach, black olive and tomato stuffing with a Feta cheese and oregano cream sauce?

Looks like tsl

Not sure what TSL is.

Publix now has it and it's under $4 with including tax. The use is infinite. Mix it 3 to 1 with mayo (3 parts mayo 1 part sriracha) for a really different sauce. It takes on a unique flavor.

I used it in a potato salad last week that was amazing.

It's the "hot" that you taste in Bonefish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp and any "Dynamite or Volcano" roll at a Sushi joint....as well as others.
