Bet you make a pretty good bicit. What are your measurements? :)(Flour, buttermilk and crisco)

Were the 7up biscuits "light"? Do you think they could have handled some shredded chez and garlic in the mixture?

Spoonful of Crisco in the bowl, pour buttermilk til it looks like about twice as much. Add a little flour and smush it up. Then add flour a scoop at a time til you have it like you want it.

The 7up biscuits could definitely handle cheese and garlic. They were light, but dense at the same time. Not sure how to describe it.
 
I don't get the soda pop marinades...just don't. Is it a flavor thing or do the chemicals in them break down the meat to make it more tender?
 
Behr, sure fire way to make juicy and tender pork chops in a skillet? I do a great fat, juicy and tender chicken breast in the skillet, but thinking it might not work with chops because of the difference in density of the meat and texture.

Soak them in ice water and cover them when you cook them in your grape-seed oil. :)
 
Hope you know Behr I've never soaked any my meat in Dr P... Jus trolllin..

I have though used coca cola for my ham marinade..
