Dobbs will be the starter by 2019.

He'll win the backup job officially next year. I see Big Ben coming back and starting the season. At some point Dobbs will come in and play some to mixed success.

His rise to superstardom will be in 2019.

Shut up dude! You're just looking dumber and dumber everyday.

any doubt what the first interview question is for Butch on any coaching job he applies for?

Never had so much joy watching a rare talent tear it up in NFL, always followed by thoughts of what should have been at UT.
+1. :Slaps head:

AK will be the 3rd member of the 1000/1000 club before his career is over, barring a major injury. He'll join Faulk and Roger Craig as the only running backs to have 1000 rushing and 1000 receiving yards in a season.

He is currently at...

652 rushing 7 TD's
684 receiving 5 TD's

So with 2 more games left it's possible that he could have 800/800 at the end of the year which is insane! He pretty much put up those stats in 12 games too because his first 3 games he barely got any snaps and he was out most of the game a couple of weeks ago with a concussion. If he plays the full 16 games next year I think he can get to the 1000/1000.

Guess who said he would be a 1000/1000 player in the NFL before the draft?

Hint: its the same guy who said he was the next Marshall Faulk and a future Hall of Famer.

Yeah, everyone here argued that and thought AK would suck.....

Actually I had many people argue with me and say he would not be as good as Fournette, Cook, and McCaffrey in the NFL. They also argued with me when I said he would be the next Marshall Faulk. And even more laughed when I suggested he had Hall of Fame caliber talent in the NFL.

There's a difference between good and GREAT. Most people thought he would be good. I was the only one who thought he would be THIS GREAT.

Alvin Kamara is the Hall of Fame talent I predicted.

Lol. Butch tried to kill his damn career until he had no choice but to play him.

How's that Dalvin Cook and Leonard Fournette are better than Alvin Kamara prediction working out for you?

I told you he was a Hall of Fame talent last year but you kept saying mediocre talents like Cook and Fournette were better.

Alvin Kamara = Marshall Faulk (as I predicted)

As others have said, even with a diluted pro bowl, our guys still deserve props.

And if you've noticed the only future superstars I have said will come out of Tennessee are Dobbs, Kamara, and Sutton. The other will just be normal stars. They won't be TRANSCENDENT like those 3.

Cook and Fournette are both damn good, and Fournette is a likely superstar. Calling him "mediocre" is wrong enough to wipe out any bragging rights from Kamara.

First of many. I told y'all he would be a SUPERSTAR.

Now get ready for the following guys to join him in the next few years:

QB Josh Dobbs
CB Cam Sutton
LB Daniel Bituli
LB Darrin Kirkland Jr.
S Nigel Warrior
RB John Kelly
OL Trey Smith

Todd Kelly?

Stud running backs and running QBs are more exciting to me than stud WRs. Only must watch wide receiver for me is prime Randy Moss.

Since 2000, these are the most exciting NFL players IMO:

Michael Vick
Steve McNair
RG3 (in 2012)
Marshall Faulk
Adrian Peterson
Alvin Kamara
Randy Moss
Terrell Owens
That’s an absolutely awful list

The same guy said Dobbs would take over Big Ben by the end of the season and solidify the Starting job for 2018 🤣😭🤣😭🤣

Fournette only averages 4.0 ypc. Compared to Alvin he's mediocre.

And Dalvin Cook is out with injury. There is nothing he's done to prove he's any good. I thought he was a mediocre talent before the draft. And that's what he still is right now.

I'm good at predicting talent, I'm not good at predicting circumstances. Regardless of when Dobbs gets his chance, he will be a SUPERSTAR in the NFL.

Remember it took Aaron Rodgers 3 years playing behind a future Hall of Fame QB before he became a starter.

One prediction out of dozens that you've missed. Good lord.

And Melvin Gordon’s ypc is low too, and Hunt’s and Jordan Howard’s are high.

Let me just say right now, if you judge RBs by YPC and think Jordan Howard is better than Fournette, you shouldn’t talk about how good you are at judging talent.

There is ZERO you can say to make this statement above true .. You predict Kamara to the HoF with limited touches. But you have NO idea what he will be like when he has to carry the load for the team which, by the way, NO hall of fame running back is in without at some extended period, carrying the full-time load for their team.

Yeah, but he doesn't look at stats right? AK's YPC is really good but dude needs more touches to be put in the same class as a Fournette, Cook (pre-injury), Gurley and others.

I thought he did that by predicting Dobbs to the HoF, comparing Hurd to Eddie George and calling Corey Davis the next Jerry Rice???

Jesus. He's a workhorse. It's like apples and oranges

For the record, how many players left Tennessee from the BJ era and succeeded elsewhere? I can think of Nathan Peterman, WR Vic Wharton who is killing it at Cal, DE Dewayne Hendrix now at Pitt, TE Daniel Helm now at Duke, DL Jason Carr now playing in the NFL for the Bengals, WR Paul Harris at Louisville, WR Ryan Jenkins now at Arizona State. Also CB D'Andre Payne who is killing it at Iowa State with 44 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and seven pass breakups in 2016 (injured 2017). S Stephen Griffin now at NC State. U.S. Army All-American punter Tommy Townsend now at Florida. DL Charles Mosely now at Austin Peay. QB Sheriron Jones wound up at Mt. San Jacinto College in his home state in California. Jones's numbers through four games: 83-of-151 (55 percent) passing for 896 yards with seven touchdowns and five interceptions, plus 31 rushes for 129 yards and a touchdown. OL Ray Raulerson now at West Virginia. DL Dimarya Mixon now at SMU.

I am getting tired of typing. And this does not include players like Jalen Hurd now at Baylor simply because he has not played there yet. That is a lot of talent to lose over a tenure. Maybe Butch had bad breath.

Great, Le'Veon Bell has the same ypc and for a much better offense than Fournette. You do realize that NO is universally considered one of the, if not the, best OL in the league? Doesn't mean Kamara and Ingram aren't good but they've got a hell of an easier road than Fournette.

And by way of comparison here's the rest of your top projections for rookie RB:

James Conner-too small sample before injury, which is a shame
Joe Mixon-3.3ypc
Christian McCaffrey-3.7
Matt Breida-3.9
Jamaal Williams-3.6
Samaje Perine-3.5

And Fournette's the league's #8 total rusher and one of only 6 averaging 80+ypg. Fournette's doing just fine.
