Adidas Contract and Dave Hart

My point was that they don't make that bad of gear. I honestly don't care either way. UA, Nike, Adidas. Any is fine with me as long as they don't make us wear something goofy like UGA or Maryland is wearing

I honestly think UGA's uniforms were really neat.... And all the kids I know love em and want one.... Even the non UGA fans. Like it or not the early generations like DIFFERENT!

My Adidas standin on 2 Fifth St.
Funky fresh and yes cold on my feet.
With no shoe string in em, I did not win em.
I bought em off the Ave with the tags still in em.
I like to sport em. That's why I bought em.
A sucker tried to steal em, so I caught em and I thwart em
And I walk down the street and I bop to the beat
With Lee on my legs and adidas on my feet
and now I'm just standin here shooting the gift.
Me and D and my Adidas standing on 2 Fifth.

My A-DEE-DAS!

I remember a post from a two years ago in which someone talking to Bray and the other Kiffen EE's griped about UT being an Adidas school over Nike. Sad statement that your school's gear company weighs on kids minds during recruiting but I would not mind a Nike switch for that reason

I know this is a former player, but apparently many feel like he does.....

Uga jersey are the ish... Tennessee we need to go to Nike... Adidas aint cutting it..."

I wouldn't necessarily mind the Nike uniforms if someone with a little bit of common sense and tradition could control and approve the final product worn on the field.

Never thought I'd feel sorry for the Georgia Dawgs, and I never did, until I saw them in those awful ugly unis. If I hadn't seen them with my own eyes, I would not believe how terrible they were.

All these adidas ppl have no clue about the brand except ut has had it for so long they don't want change.

Have y'all ever been to a foot action, foot locker, hibbit sports or any other major shoe store? You won't see much adidas at all. And for 1 reason. People don't like them and that's for 1 reason. They suck. Its as simple as that. Nike don't need to out bid adidas to get us. Adidas needed to outbid them. Nike has Jordan. That alone brings in crazy money. They ain't missing us. Adidas is like a cross of asic and k swiss lol

The only thing cool about adidas is that you can make it stand for All Day I Dream About Sex.

Nike, or UA. Adidas will become a brand like starter before long- A thing of the past

So the second-largest shoe and apparrel company in the world is going to become a "thing of the past?" That's funny, tell me another one.

Even if we are in contract could you not buy your way out of it? I mean if they wanted out of it then I guess they could

I love the Nike, Adidas, and UA debate- it never gets done around here enough.

I hate the new Maryland unis, but they're based on the state flag. You see that weird combo all over the state.

It probably wasn't as startling to them.

Why would you want to buy out of a contract that eliminates all expenses for uniforms and other gear AND gives you millions of dollars CASH a year?

That would be a tough one to justify.

A lot of that has to do with the Addidas Group also produces Reebok as well... So u have both addidas and reebok, but still behind Nike... yes the other guy was right in reference to shoes Addidas is clearly behind their other brand Reebok and Nike. But they don't push out their Reebok apparel on teams they push their assidas name for that..
