Nope and 100% the fault of the government. Should have never been a such thing as a guaranteed loan and definitely shouldn’t give a loan to anyone for any random degree. Why do people take out these loans with no way of paying it back then act surprised when the bill is due? Bad decision?

I paid for my kids college education out of pocket so they didn't have a debt. Why do you think you need to borrow money to get an education? If your parents can't afford your tuition maybe you're attending a college that is above your means.

No it isn't made up, it is a direct result of our .gov getting into the college loan business.

Education through HS is free, college is optional.

College is optional but for a good paying job, your chances are significantly better with college. We need to make trade schools and colleges tuition free (and I fully understand I won't benefit in time).

I don't even care if my debt isn't forgiven, I want it for future generations.

As I explain in this post, it depends on what the DNC does.

If he has a giant lead and doesn't capture then he needs to get the nomination.

If it's neck and neck and he is winning, then I could be ok with another candidate being awarded it based on the entirety of the party.

My Dad who will vote Trump says that Sanders is his favorite Dem because he actually cares for people and isn't part of the establishment.

10% of Bernie people voted for Trump last time.

Why is it so hard to believe that there are a few Rs who like Bernie. Not everything is black and white.

Same here. Both of my kids wanted to go out of state and all I told them was they had to make up the difference. They stayed in state.

Any idea why the cost of a college education has increased 1120% over the last 40 years, which is double the medical cost increase, and 4 times the consumer price index?

Trades need to be offered in HS so when a kid is handed that diploma they are immediately employable.

Free college ends with what, a bachelors degree? If so that bachelors degree (if not already) will be about as valuable as a HS diploma which will force even more people into graduate school, who pays that tab?

I'd bet you money that kids that attend trade schools and learn how to be electricians, plumbers and HVAC techs are going to make more money than the average college graduate does.
