If she believes so strongly in her political positions and should be able to defend them, this should be a cakewalk for her, no?

Karma may yet rise up to smite this dumb *****. There is a huge effort to write Crowley back in and elect him. He isn’t even backing the effort. But maybe the district has gotten a good look and said to themselves “omfg what have we done...”.

Lol even Joe Lieberman is supporting it.

Joe Lieberman urges voters to back Crowley over Ocasio-Cortez in general

And true karma would be the vote gets fragmented to the point that the district flips red. 😂

I like the Twitter comments defending by saying how stupid and attention seeking Shapiro and Owens are. If they’re so stupid why doesn’t she take them up on the offer and crush them in a debate?

she has plenty to gain. Her doubters won't ever believe her until she backs something up, even if she doesn't win if she can present a valid argument she doesn't look bad in the end. strengthens her position with her side and at least gives something for the rest to chew on.

No argument there either. Although she should have the debate with her opponent, which would be traditional.

There are plenty of well educated political pundits who would love to debate congressional candidates, especially those cast as moronic. In fact, it happens every day on cable news, but usually with a friendly organization.

I would love to see both sides actually have to stand up and defend their beliefs against experts. not just other idiot candidates, and not canned responses. I don't care if they have the best argument or win, just as long as they could rationally/logically present a solid argument we could go a long way to fixing this country.
