Let me try to make this simple...Tennessee absolutely wanted Mann, and would’ve taken a commitment from him. Tennessee also really likes KyKy Tandy, Kira Lewis and Josiah James and would’ve taken a commitment from any of those guys without knowing an answer from Mann. Not sure why you aren’t grasping this very simple concept.
