And what wasn’t looking good? One quote for Rob in which he clearly stated the info wasn’t coming from Mann or Tennessee and it could be wrong?

The best was when right after that RL quote you spent the next 24 hours telling us all that Tre Mann wasn't a top target.

Can't wait to watch that one change once we land him.

He never said that. Don’t manufacture the truth. He clearly said that Mann wasn’t our only target, and that we would gladly accept a commitment from Lecque, Tandy, or Lewis in the meantime. Mann was just the most likely to do something the soonest, and therefore we were pressing for him more than the others who were content to take their recruitment deep into the summer/fall.

If you can find a post where I claim “Mann wasn’t a top target” I will bow down and never disagree with you again, or change my avi to whatever you like, or disappear...point being I NEVER said that. I disagreed that he clearly was atop our PG board, and I still feel the same, but I never claimed he wasn’t a top target.

Nobody argued otherwise. He was twisting my argument to protect the coach which is what he does best.

The argument by BTO seas that he wasn’t at the top above the rest.

Regardless - I better never hear you refer to Mann as a/the top target again if we land him.

Seems like I saw a tweet from a guy I follow saying “top target” tre Mann.

As we both said the vols were thinking commitment when he came to campus. Pretty clear we aren't gonna win this one. This guy was obviously a priority. Discouraging.

I never claimed he wasn’t at the top, not sure what part of that you don’t get...I was arguing he wasn’t atop the board ahead of everyone else, seems like pretty simple stuff.
