Wow, I wasn't aware of the WR info. That definitely changes things for QB. If he is taken as a QB then I hope we to take 2 QBs for '15 class. I really like Gentry's game film but TG is definitely a top notch athlete and we could really use his services some where on the team.

I bet Tim Tebow, Vince Young, Pat White and all those other running QBs I mentioned were also lousy at 7-on-7 passing camps. But 7-on-7 flag football isn't real football; it's like criticizing a basketball player like Blake Griffin for struggling at H-O-R-S-E.

Like the kid in a true spread. If you watch him for 5mins you can see the tools are there but he's raw and learning the position. Really needs to be groomed by a proven QB guy. Kid isn't raw as Kiel Frazier or Russell Sheppeard so the learning curve may only need a RS year. My honest opinion is he could be a good college QB but an elite and game changer at WR.

I'm with Wu. I will welcome him as a #2 QB/Ath. If we take 1 QB and its Gibson, I will not feel comfortable.

Take him as the number one only qb and put him in the spread. A year or two behind Dobbs/Rf he will be ready. He could be a Vick/Vy mixture. Forget what he projects to in the NFL. For CBJ he would be perfect. Not to mention the momentum we would get from having the highest ranked dt qb committed.

He is no worse and as good a prospect at QB than Braxton Miller coming out of HS. And Braxton isn't prototypical QB but he has won MANY collegiate ball games.

I think he will be just fine in the right system...would be a pretty good fit in Knoxville imo.

I disagree. Braxton was ahead from a fundamental aspect.

If Gibson can stay healthy even if he's 3/4 the QB Brax is I want him to be a Vol
