'13 TN RB Cornelius Elder

Tennessee has looked at him. I think the concerns with his size and his continued flirtation with playing college basketball are concerns. Right now, I don't see much going on with him and Tennessee.

I just read this whole thread and I see the main complaint is his size. I don't think size is an important quality in the type of of offense we are going to be running. Speed is #1!

IMO he would be perfect!

Talked to Corn's cousin and he said his top 3 is UCLA, OSU, and UNC. UCLA have agreed to let him play football and basketball. And OSU and UNC are trying to also working on the basketball part of the deal. He also said that Corn said UCLA is his leader. I think he has either taken visits or is going to take OV's to UCLA and OSU.

So we have absolutely no chance with this guy, right?

To say we need a PG is an understatement.

With Maymon returning and Stokes likely returning, I do not think the basketball team has anymore scholarships. However, if Elder signed a football scholarship he would not count against basketball. It seems he is more interested in playing basketball than football from reports, but I do not know that for certain.

He is. And it's not really close.

I sure would like to see Corn Elder in the Vols Orange and White. Any chances of this happening at this point?
