'13 TN RB Cornelius Elder

let me add, for those in the gym tonight, Cuonzo made his presence known ...he does it right. i feel good about hoops recruiting right now

Is Corn a shooter? We need someone to be able to shoot and score. Gotta love that Cuonzo and CBJ are working together.

Cuonzo was at Ensworth to look at Andrew Fleming, a 6'4" sophomore shooting guard, not at Corn.

ahh, that makes sense. ensworth has 3-4 players that will play d1 in something....im just goin on 2nd hand info from corn sr. and a couple others, they were for sure excited he was there

id sure like to have corn jr playin basketball as much as football...dribble drive to open up hubbs for the 3 or free up stokes inside...and hes a scorer. tony white is maybe my fav vol of all time (him of Chism) - corn has that kind of potential in bball. one of those guys that gets to the rim and it rolls in

Thanks Coach Martin, we weren't sure who you were scouting. Thanks for clearing it up for us.You can go back to the basketball board now. Silly Cuonzo, trying to fool us by speaking in 3rd person.

Uh - I thought VN was an open forum to share information. Sorry to have bothered you - next time I actually have some information which might interest some on here, I guess I will just keep it to myself to avoid your incredibly acerbic cyber-bullying. Thanks for sharing all of your positive energy!

Seriously, u r going to let trolls run u off.

Corn used to live in my neighborhood.

He was supposed to go to my old highschool but went private. He is a pretty impresive player.

I've wanted Elder for awhile now. He fits the new system perfectly. Not sure why he would consider OSU considering the system.

Maybe he was talking about Braxton basically being a RB at QB, but yeah Corn would be one of the playmakers that makes this type of offense go.

his dad lives less than 2 miles from Seigal now. i imagine wed have a different state champion had he went there but i guess you meant in wilson county. he did ok and won 3 state titles and 3 title game MVP's though so im happy for him

i remember 20 years ago when Mikki Allen left Rutherford County to play at BA then went on to get a ring in 98 as a DB for the Vols. this was before Seigal was built but he would have been zoned Seigal if it were here then (he was zoned Oakland back then)

now we have ex-Titan Kevin Dyson moving to Stewarts Creek and id bet he will pull more players from north Rutherford County away from Oakland and Seigal.

i miss the days of Oakland/Riverdale being the big dogs , now we have like 6 legit programs in the county
