1. Kimbrow is not a quality, everydown back...he's just a burner

2. We already have a burner...one with almost identical measurables...and who put up excellent numbers against much better competition

3. We have continued to pursue every recruit we have lost to another team (Humphries, Meredith, Jelks, etc.)...we have not pursued Kimbrow since camp...kind of lends creedence to the rumors of how he acted there

Our staff (supposedly) cooled on him after he camped here for some reason or another.

Ever since he committed to Vandy he's spent most of his days on twitter talking **** about Tennessee. He's not coming here.

I do think he's better than Watson, and wish we could have gotten him here.

Apparently he was pissed because he wasn't the center of attention. So he thought lying on practice dummies and talking back to the staff was a good move at our camp.

I don't think some of you realize how small 5'9" 170lbs is. That is tiny. Dont'a Hightower would break this kid in half. Literally. Eric Berry on Maze style.

I doubt laying on practice dummies or talking back to the coaches are anything new at a UT practice from most reports. Camp should be no different. It is a usual thing for fans of a team to switch their opinions in favor of the guy who picked their team. Of course UT fans will say Watson is the better player. Most of these guys were saying Kimbrow was a must have 6 months ago. It happens with every player. Now Davis is as good as CP, and the visiting DE will be as good or better than Autry. You can bet that if Cody Blanc was not white, he would be as good as Redmond. It's the same flip flop every year.

I'm not saying Watson sucks but kimbrow has more offers and acting superior over an extra five pounds is stupid. If kimbrow breaks IYO then so does Watson

There are always some posters who feel they know how to evaluate one talent over another from watching a youtube video. Offer lists will always say alot about a recruit when it comes to who has the most talent.

But he's committed to Vandy. Makes you question whehter those offers are committable. Not trying to take anything away from Vandy, but, well, actually...

I'm also telling you that Watson isn't built the same as Kimbrow. Kimbrow looks similar to a Russell Shepard at LSU, just shorter. Guys like that can't take the beating of running between the tackles.
