Wrong. Nobody in their right mind would choose Vandy over Tennessee straight up if they had an offer from both to play football and want a chance at the NFL.

If you're good enough to play in the NFL, it doesn't matter where you play. Players even get drafted out of D-2 and D-3 schools every year.
