'12 JUCO DB Otis Jacobs (A&M signee)

I'm not calling you out unlike some here believe. I made a statement that had me curious. You could be honestly legit and if you are I thank you for trying t relay info. Personally either way, I'm not that emotional about the recruiting forum. I feel the Rivals rankings and Scout rankings are a joke and that a great coach will find great players no matter what.

But here is my question for you...

Do you think Dooley has what it takes to be a head coach RIGHT NOW for us since you've obviously spent time with him?

Just wondering. Thanks.

IMO Dooleys hasnt been here long enough considering the team he inherited to pass judgement on. Next year hes fair game regardless of injuries.

KY game didn't sour you on him at all?

I think its natural to sour on Dooley after that loss, I mean we lost to UK with a WR as a QB!

That bing said, I agree...passing final judgement on him at this point is unfair and uninformed.

It made most of us go from 2 more years to one more year of the benefit of the doubt attitude.

The wr as qb argument doesn't hold. Our defense shut it down for almost the whole game. And if the replay ref was an honest person. Ky only scores 3. That loss is on the offense

Sure it does. We made zero half time adjustments and they continued to run the same 4 plays on offense (an offense they thought up a few days before the game) while we couldn't even convert a first down. That game was the textbook example of being outcoached.

Your missing the point. Their offense
didn't beat us. Since when did a defense
have to hold someone to 3pts in-order to win a game? The defense shut them down outside of 1 drive and consistently gave the ball back to the offense in the 2nd half. That loss sits squarely on the offense, no doubt about it.
