my question is why would they talk to you?

First off, they must know someone is leaking info on here (it has got to be getting back) and there are only so many people in the circle who they would even be talking to.

And second, why would any one on the team other than the actual coaches know who has pledges an LOI?

I just find it odd.

You may be a straight shooter but I find you and OCI to be off quite alot. You were way off on a few last year.

Dead right. Skeeter has been on boards for years. Lord Vader has always been my favorite poster on here,(most on here I'm sure don't know of him anymore). & he always said take skeeters word as gospel. Skeeter is not some random dork on here looking for e-cred. The man is being nice, and giving us his inside info, which he doesnt have to do. Question him all u want, u have every right to, but I for one take his word as gold. Please don't run him off this board anyone. He is the real deal.

I also make very few comments on my opinions of insiders.

I do though remember a bunch of players that were suppose to sign last year who didn't.

I am not calling any one out but I am curious.

You remember wrong. The only one that skeeter said we would get that we didn't was dawson. He was one of the only ones warning posters about wright.

I appreciate taking Skeeter's information and considering it. I would say I never take anyone's word as gospel when it comes to this stuff because it changes so frequently. Just enjoy the suspense until NSD.

No, he was not. I see how you would remember that, considering the volnation idiots took his posts and turned them into that Humphries was for sure coming to Tennessee. All skeeter ever said was that Heistand felt good about humphries if he cancelled his florida visit. He never made it out like humphries was a commit.

...and then into the week after Humphries cancelled his FLA visit Skeeter said that he personally didn't feel good about us landing Humphries.

Didn't know that, I personally quit following the whole thing. Once I saw that people were taking what skeeter said and making him out to be a sure commit, I knew that it was probably going to have an ugly ending. I took what he said to mean that we had more of a chance than we thought with humphries, and then ignored it until his announcement.

I say I won't follow it til the end, but it's like a car crash; I can't take my eye's away.

But for every DJ, Dawson, and Gabe Wright you have a Santos, McNeil, and Pig; so really it all even's out in the end.

....BTW, just remembered Tiny last year, another made up drama by some queens on here. Skeeter nailed that one. Big pickup...literally.
