Doesn't matter which one is bigger, what matters is which one is better, as in football team. Doesn't matter how many seats a stadium has if the seats are empty because of a mediocre team.

Still a big rival, but probably more to Tn. than Bama, because Bama has a real state rival in Auburn that is good in football, and has to compete for state recruits, and Tn. has Vandy.

Read an article last week that Alabama had extended offers to 15 players from Ga., this kid wasn't on the list. Don't know for sure if Auburn had offered him, but both schools have pretty good luck in Ga, and know the talent there as well as anyone.

Just facts, don't know your problem, but I don't think DD would put this kid up against SEC defenses for at least another year. Red shirt and he might be ready, but he needs some weight, and an OL or he will get killed.

Agree, don't know Frozen Shield's problem, all you have to do is look at the kid's size, and face the facts, it will be suicide to think this kid could face SEC defenses with the OL he has to work with. He will need to put on lots of weight before he is ready for FL,AL,GA or LSU.

It can happen quickly, and can be turned around quickly, there just aren't many Sabans out there right now. Maybe DD will be the one, he had a good teacher in Saban, but will fans be patient enough?

True, but the post was talking about coming out of this, and Bama didn't accomplish that until Saban was hired.
