Exactly. I’d say they were pretty merciful in comparison to bama or UF. They could have had 600 yards or left the starting d in to hold us under 300. Only reason he was excited is because they tried a new blitz for them and it worked....really well.

Ok they produce more top tier talent and more overall. Better? This staff somehow(especially considering their cost) can’t recruit as well as they should on paper. Getting 20 3 stars won’t speed up a rebuild imo. Also I sit here and watch uga come out vanilla weekly then adjust as the game goes...

Sure but both of those schools have the luxury of taking what they want from their state and then cherrypicking what they want from others. However they both built their base from locking up their states and now have the luxury of becoming a national brand...we don’t exactly have that

Sure there is some. I didn’t say we produced none but in comparison to our surroundings it isn’t much at all. Also we can’t keep many of the ones that are homegrown because uga, Clem and bama take what they want

Wrong! We have 11 4 stars or higher this year....pretty typical. For instance ga has 34....then we pound our chests when we “steal” one from them. Hell they can only take half their 4 stars and up. Also most of ours are in Memphis where it’s very touchy to recruit. It’s a tough place to recruit...

Those states produce talent. We do not. We have to go into surrounding states to pull enough talent and right now that is hard to do in every direction.

Just saw on here where someone was already comparing him to Ruben Foster and Roquan Smith. Let’s pump the brakes a little before comparing in to two generational talents at linebacker. Just be happy the 48th best player in the country gets to play here. Lord I hope all highly rated recruits...
