You are exactly right, but the cult of personality coach worshipers will shoot it down. I think they get tired of making their shrines every 3 years, and printing their shirts, University of Dooley, University of Butch, etc. They just need more time.

Anyone that tells players they suck are losers. Telling coaches who are getting paid millions that they suck, while they spit stupid cliches and screw up games, is fair. Also, I am not sure UT has come a long way yet, as so far the record in this 2 1/4 years is the same as the last 2 1/4...

Did you not read the actual article that you linked? 4 mil is the amount he has to pay if he leaves, or the school that he goes to would pay UT for him. If he is fired, it is 2 mil per contract year, so its 12 mil right now, or 10 mil after 3/1/2016, and goes down 2 mil every year on that day...
