I have been saying for YEARS Tennessee is not a destination job, nor recruits itself. Fulmer was promoted... He “knew“ how to make sure to grab big time recruits every other year and effort one year/lazy the next is devastating in the SEC. Sure we have a massive recruiting budget, but UT needs...

I liked the Pruitt hire in relation to the other REALISTIC candidates then (there weren’t many at the time as Tenn hasn’t been a destination job for YEARS contrary to popular belief), but now we need a 3-4 star recruiter that can coach up. Let’s hope for the best.

With Kiffin at Ole Piss... I really think that helped spark the uptick on higher rated recruits. No way boosters let him get any giggles.

It’s nice that finally we have a good WORKING (they may not like each other) relationship with boosters and coaches, much like the rest of the SEC minus Kentucky, Vandy etc... We are now bringing guns to a gunfight against other schools.
