How many weeks/months does it take to pick one up and get to an OK level of strumming around if you have no real music background? And do the online tutorials work or do you need real lessons so to speak?

I dont see the track record or personnel influx to expect major improvement from LSU's offense. Until that side gets better they have a ceiling and it probably isn't the top 5.
