A little of both. Butch hired Sexton for a reason and like I said, really wanted out of here after losing to Vanderbilt last season. I don't see Currie making an effort to retain him unless he wins out except for Alabama game.
He is gone at 7-5. That would mean in year 5, Jones will have lost to UF, UGA, Bama, LSU and either Vanderbilt, Kentucky or South Carolina. Unacceptable for Currie.
Yes. He will either be fired with a bad record or will parachute to another job if he salvaged this into a 9-3 type season. Most do not realize how hard Armstrong worked to find Butch a new job at the end of last season. Currie did not hire Jones. Currie is a Tennessee man and has no loyalty to...
Currie is not Hart. Hart was brought in to consolidate the men's and women's departments, and to fix the athletic department's financial troubles.
Butch will not be here next season.
Probably but I doubt it matters either way. Jalen has received some terrible advice from people around him including the guy that has done nothing but bash Jones on here for the past few weeks. It's going to cost him some money.
I don't think it's really worth getting into but I would take anything Vol74 says with a grain of salt. He seems to be enjoying the interviews and spotlight since Jalen's decision so good for him.
It will be okay. BK and Hall were neck and neck to being with and Jack jones is more than capable to step outside if needed.
The o-line as a whole has improved immensely
I don't understand why some of you are worried about defensive tackle depth. Tuttle and Johnson should both be ready to contribute by the florida game on top of what we have.
Florida and georgia would trade d-lines with us in a heartbeat if they could.
