Shouldnt we have called TO and gone over the acenario with our db's? We did have to worry about an intermediate throw but once the play was a scramble and no time is left, we only had to keep them from getting in endzone. Not sure if our staff is that "game aware" in these type of situations...
Not only is Spurrier 2nd in SEC wins, considering he accomplished that at two programs without a tradition of winning, makes him arguably the best coach in SEC history. He also has said he would have come to coach here if asked when Fulmer left. He also would have played here if the offense had...
Finebaum spends ton of time on allegations of a non-credible accuser in Peyton allegation yet spends zero time on the fact the accuser has proven to be a scam artist. He also knows the legal game and yet was reporting allegations as facts in the Bowles incident. in his warped world, he knows...
Miami is a great academic school so clearly most of the posters on their board never set foot on campus. In one sentence they'll boast about Miami's academic prowess and in the next sentence spew stereotypes about our fans. Real enlightened bunch. Plus, they must be young. No knowledge of cfb...
Good to see Canes msg boards are as delusional as most. They keep commenting on TN being shady with recruiting and they honestly don't see the contradiction in their accusations. Hello Mr. Shapiro. Wow.
The SEC has best record of any conf this yr in nonconf games, power 5 and non-power 5. So yes,,FL struggled with ECU but Oh St has struggles with everyone but theu are still #1, Stanford lost to Northwestern and so on and so on. All Power 5 conf have had their struggles so far but SEC has best...
The issue is with 4:00 minutes to go, FL put 9 guys in the box and sold out to stop run. We refused to attempt to get a 1st. Even though it worked earlier, those plays calls should have changed due to FL and situation. We chose to put a tired defense on field with all the weight/pressure of a 10...
I remember on FL's last drive, they threw long pass & Cam was defending. He dove to try and catch it and landed on his chin. Maybe that is where the injury happened because I noticed he ran to sidelines but announcers didn't notice. He never returned.
Of all the coaching blunders during the game, wish he would explain why we didn't spike ball a single time on last drive. Losing a down much better than letting 10 seconds run off while calling play. Inexcusable and big red flag on thia staff's ability to handle close games. It seemed like we'd...
Dumb for Stoops to give bulletin board material. Everyone on here should start their own viral campaign (facebook, twitter, etc) and get the word out that Stoops isn't impressed with Neyland. Make it impossible for OU to hear sat night.
Foreman ran a 10.6 100 meters as a jr in high school and was a good fball player so not sure why he doesn't get a shot at returning kicks. Maybe he fumbles in practice and CBJ has said often that this team isn't good enough to overcome turnovers on kickoffs.
Foreman is fastest db. I saw him here in Knox in hs track meet last Spring and he smoked everyone. Including Vic Wharton and a few other fball recruits who were in the 100 and 200.
Great crop of incoming freshmen but it is rare to get one that can start at db like Sutton. Really hard to start as a cb as a true freshmen so I'd be surprised if any of them start ahead of Coleman but wouldn't be surprised if Foreman or Jones start ahead of him. He really struggled in one on...
40 times are hard to compare and not reliable because they aren't all measured in same way (especially as recruits). If you go by hs track times (with electronic timing), Malik Foreman is fastest player we have. He was fastest fball recruit in state last year. And his hs fball recruiting videos...
