The Butch Jones Show

Players have to learn to close out games????? That dumb ass rushed 3 and played zone on the biggest play of the game.....what a jerk to lay this on those kids

Even more egregious...not going for 2. And when we had the possession (second to last) all we need is 1 first down to win and yet we run three straight times into a 9 man box. Gutless. A 6 yard pass on third down probably wins it for us right there.

Well I would like to start with, you all know it is analytics with some analytics followed by analytics. Oh, and we are young.

Of all the coaching blunders during the game, wish he would explain why we didn't spike ball a single time on last drive. Losing a down much better than letting 10 seconds run off while calling play. Inexcusable and big red flag on thia staff's ability to handle close games. It seemed like we'd never practiced 2 minute drill.

Wait, did they give the nutritionist 43 minutes of the 60 minute show, telling us how they eat a special blend of veggies into a shake? Damn hate I missed it.

I tried to watch it, but couldn't. He really doesn't understand his stupid decsions were the root cause of the defeat, again. He does not get it!

He needs to be asked "can you harness the rage, unleash the fury, go vein popping red faced ballistic like you did in the OK game when you were screaming at your own fans to shut up and quite down during an offensive [double entendre] possession?

He should be asked... Why can't you recruit OT's?

What's with the dark stripe at the top on our pants? Makes it look like they are wearing them halfway down their butt.

I really don't like the formation we run the ball in seems like Hurd is fighting for every yard and doesn't have the lanes Chubb or Fournette does, cant understand with a 240 lb RB we don't line up in multiple formations meaning rotation the power I and the read option, play action wouldn't be a bad thing for Dobbs and with Hurd having a fullback it would make it that much tougher. Seems like all the RBs that are putting up numbers are out of the I formation Hurd can't keep getting pounded like that but I do salute him for his effort and toughness

This guy has to go. Holy cow. It's like the magnitude of the situation just whooshed over his head. He spent time talking about the dumbest crap. Also yes he basically slapped it on the players solely once again. They can't close out games? How are you gonna come out and throw them under the bus with that comment.

I don't know. We run some gimmick offense with evidently a one page playbook. It required some Herculean efforts from Hurd or Dobbs to even move the ball.
