Bro I'm 6'8 325 pounds 4% bodyfat.
Prove that I'm not.
Its a self-made claim. You think those media agencies issued a physical to test Dez Bryant's bodyfat before they printed that article? No, a delusional athlete made a claim and they ran an article on it because there is no way to disprove it. Wow...that gives it total credibility.
There are countless photos of Bryant online. If you believe that he is anywhere in any near 3% BF in any of those photos then you need to get your eyes checked. The bodybuilding counterargument works because that is a sport that revolves around the athletes being in ridiculously freakish physical condition. You clearly know nothing of bodybuilding which valiantly explains why you are so naive on this topic. The level of conditioning between a pro bodybuilder in contest shape (REAL 3-5% BF) and an athlete claiming to be in that range (FRAUD 3-5% BF) is significant. Go look at any picture, its not even close. You can not perform these ultra-physical sports (most namely football) at those levels of depletion. The body loses strength and stamina. I brought up the facial analysis because it is a huge tell-tale sign. Your body stores fat in the face...hence why overweight people have roundish chubby faces. At 3-5% BF you are talking a level of fat so low that you can outright SEE it in the facial features. Cheek bones are pronounced, you'll even see outlines around the jay. Here is another example:

Lost your credibility when you said UT uses calipers to measure BF. They don't and that's a fact.
