Does anyone know the Margin of Error on the body pod's measurement? It does have one.
I wasn't going to resurrect this earlier, but since you brought it up, I read 2% on average but up to 6%. Facial hair, amount of air in the lungs, tightness of clothing, lots of factors.

He doesn't have much hair, probably doing it in shorts. It's probably closer to the 2-3% end here at UT. I can believe 7-10%. You really need fat to be able to not be frail.
These were the figures quoted.
First, Jalen was "not" 227 when he came in. He was 217. The roster was fluffed a bit and not accurate on him. He went from 217 lbs at 8% bf to 221 lbs at 5.4% bf.
So, he's lost 5.4 lbs of fat and gained 9.4 lbs of muscle.
Have no idea the accuracy of the bod pods, but I would say there is some degree of error. I couldn't imagine that it's a lot though.
