Okay.

Subway Melt on Flatbread. Boy has a tournament tomorrow and Saturday, but I got a whole turkey breast brining for Sunday.

this is what I cooked Sunday afternoon. Its a easy recipe. Jalepeno peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and half a bag of dry ranch dressing wrapped in a butterflied chicken breast. Wrapped in bacon.

Before, during, and after.

the recipe I used called for beating the chicken breasts flat. Meh, too much trouble. I butterflied em down the middle, added the mixture (softening the cream cheese makes it a helluva lot easier to handle) closed em up and wrapped em in bacon. Cooked em on the egg at 350 for about 30 minutes I think.
