Thanks man. My issue is my diet. I always crave bad stuff after a day at school. Any advice for stopping yourself from over eating? And eating the wrong stuff....
My meals are usually really healthy it's just the junk I eat between meals which is killing me.
Spend two weeks without, period. You'll be close to kicking it. Drop down ad knock out push-ups or sit-ups when you crave. It'll remind you.

How often do you guys run? I try and run or at least excercise every weekday....
I try to run four times a week sometimes five but you don't want to run everyday of the week because your body needs rest and you can get injuried a lot easier if you run that much. Try an every other day type of thing when you run. That will help with recovery.
I am not down, just tired. Will do a very small run to tomorrow and have a break on Wednesday. Thanks for the encouragement though.
