That's crazy. How long did he have to train for it?

He trains all year. His spring races will include a 40 mile run, 100k run & a 24 hr team mtb race.

He only works 24 hrs/week, owns a trail race company & his wife loves to run & bike as much as he does. Ideal situation.

In other words running IS his life. :eek:lol:
 
My first half was this past Feb. and my goal was to finish under 2 hours. I finished in 1:52 mins. So my goal is to improve upon that next time I run one.
 
Ran four miles last night, but I'm on the shelf for a little while. Had all four wisdom teeth pulled today and was told no physical activity til the 20th. Doubt I wait that long, but I will give it a week or so. I was a rather heavy bleeder afterwards. Its a weird situation to just keep drooling blood. Sorry if that grosses anyone out.

Race training started last night. 3 miles with hill repeats mixed in. legs are heavy today.
