There was this one guy that played recently. I think he may have been drafted by the Raiders. He wasn't bad if I remember correctly.

Denarius had a great senior year, but was he sought after by Texas and Oklahoma? Serious question, because I didn't follow recruiting closely then.

I guess the drama of Stephens makes him stand out in my mind.

Guys remember how Santos told everyone that the reason he chose Tennessee included his relationship with Peter Sirmon and his ability to teach him..

The people who freak out would just say that he was lying. Just like how he lied yesterday when he said Tennessee fans had nothing to worry about.

Paranoia reigns with the paranoid.

I really, really don't want all these teams to join. I'd be OK with Mizzou and aTm, but not FSU and Clemson.

What I heard was Missouri, Clemson or FSU for a total of 14 teams not 16 but who knows. As much as I love SEC football I am so F******G sick of the business side of it. It's all money with no regard for traditions. The SEC is the best conference in America for a reason and expansion is a horrible idea.

Late to the party...Santos already decommitted from one program (OSU), if he were to decommit a second time his character would be called into question. Santos will stay true to his word and remain a VOL/VFL. IMO.

It's not about the money for me if it's going to compromise the game. People seem to get more enjoyment out of having multiple little "social club" conferences with their own storylines. Love the fact that ACC people can talk crap with ACC people, SEC, PAC12, and such. The variety is what I like. If it all gets lumped together, I think it will take away from the storyline every year. It'll push out all the little teams and give the major powers the ability to do what they want. I guess I just like the "purity" of it now. Superconferences just reeks of money corruption.

Ahh, M&A's...like a woman, can't live with them---can't live w/out them...

I could be wrong, but not a ton of talent escapes TX. Sure there are some here and there, but by and large, a lot of that talent stays in TX or goes to OU. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't follow TX recruiting too closely.

Most talent in texas stays in either texas or oklahoma, with the occasional recruit going to LSU, Michigan or Notre Dame.
