You all are ****ing idiots that are trying to argue over your "e-cred"

I agree lylsmorr...who gives a shyt about e-cred or whatever as far as I know there's no awards being given out or special prizes for top inside info on this board. We're all UT fans (for tha most part).Just bcause someone's fav recruit doesn't sign or whatever it shouldn't matter. As long as the coaching staff puts talent on the field n return puts wins on tha board. Just bcause he said this guys goin here or there who cares. The coaches know what areas we need to improve on. Trust n believe they will. I heard we're picked 4th in tha east this yr.I'm ready to prove all tha haters wrong. Here's to beating tha dawgs n gator's....GBO!!!!!!!VFL

Todays headlines on GVX may be terrible news for our recruitment of Santos. Aggies moving to SEC would definitely hurt us here. Especially if it is for 2012 season as indicated. Not only that but it would help A&M tremendously in recruiting current and future classes. More top talent can still stay in TX AND play in SEC instead having to choose as they do now. I see it hurting future Texas and LSU recruiting classes more than it helps TN.

For everyone worrying, don't you think Dalton knew when he made his decision for Tennessee that in all likely hood a and m would be moving to the SEC at some point. He had no need to make a decision when he did. He could have waited until he saw what the aggies would do, but he decided he wanted to be a Vol.

Oh yeah? Is that why Santos told Austin Price yesterday that Vol fans have nothing to worry about with him over this possible move?

Yes, he didn't come here because of the SEC alone. You got to love the school if you are willing to spend 3 or 4 yrs. You also know that the TAM coaches played that card while recruiting him. I think he loves CPS and staff.

Until the ink is dry and the fax is in....there is always a chance for someone to change their mind. A&M in SEC puts them in a better position with alot of players including Santos.

NO!

They wont move by the time Santos signs his LOI

Even if they want to move, there is more to it than just moving. You have to consider schedules have already been set by most teams through 2013. OOC opponents that have to be dropped, which costs money to do.

Frickin people and their First World problems

And it puts us in a better position for TX recruits for the chance to play in the SEC, because the small 12 will be gone and LSU, and TAM can't sign them all. Its a big state with a lot of talent.

Us being in the SEC was one of several reasons he chose us...not the only one...you can worry about this if you want but there is nothing but baseless conjecture to back this belief up

Just be ready for a ton of crap to be thrown out there by aggie journalists. They are wetting themselves over the possible move to the SEC and will try and use that excitement to exploit anything and everything. There will be countless rumors and non-truths coming out of there regarding their standing with recruits and what not because they think changing conferences all of a sudden will give them the rights to any recruit they want because they are from texas and they are in the sec now. Remain calm guys, them coming over to the SEC wont mean they will raid every SEC teams commits and get them to turn.
