The Weightlifters Thread

I saw a guy in the gym today taking ArngeKrush. I didn't know that stuff was still around.

Really? We're in a thread about weightlifters and your chart you posted says "bodybuilders - 5-8%." Don't seem like genetics plays a big role here either compared with hard work. Good try though.

Most bodybuilders are on crash diets or on a cycle. They aren't the population to look at for hard work vs genetics.

I only do a plate and a half with front squats, and can do four plates on high back if my knees will allow it. Front squats are more of a combo leg/core workout. Still great, though.

Crash diets are hard work imo. But even still you're talking about 3-4%, 7% is harder to achieve than maintain. Balanced diet, balanced weights with cardio, you're good to go.

I already know squats will have my legs feeling like jello. Thank goodness I don't ever have to walk up the Hill anymore.

Our coach always had us run quite a bit after that first day back during summer of doing squats. Our whole team looked so goofy trying to run. lol
