That comment referred back to the thread on Ruby. The main person pushing that point is now contending that today's game proves the LVs are an "elite" team no one can touch cause, you know they stand on business, But a few others also picked up on the idea that Ruby was really not all that important to the line-up and the freshman would seamlessly fill her spot.

Of course it is all a moot issue now because the team is what it is but her absence has scrambled the rotation in ways that are not helping the cause.

Mia Pauldo and Jaida Civil are two of the best freshmen in the country. I would say Jaida Civil and Mia Pauldo right now is in the Top 3 along with the freshmen at USC for NCAA FOY. No other freshmen and not many other players regardless of classification are as athletic as Civil.
For as good as both Mia and Mya have been, I think it’s the depth of this team that will separate it from the opposition.
This is a top 5 roster in WBB. Some players are struggling right now and need time to get in a flow/rhythm in this system.
When it does click they will be unguardable offensively.
The LVs are 11 deep against every team this season. Unheard of in WBB.

Could that same depth be considered a negative? We are certainly lacking chemistry on both ends of the court
