No Kings

Even if I agreed that is what he tried to do, he clearly didn't succeed.
That doesn't make his determined and relentless efforts okay. The way Donald Trump handled losing the 2020 Presidential Election was a disgrace. Once again, the Republican Party has zero moral high ground from which to stand, when it comes to not respecting the outcome of Presidential Elections.

..... and I love this "Even if I agreed that is what he tried to do" crap ..... It just kills the members of Trump's Cult of Personality to acknowledge that their divine leader has ever done something wrong - even when it is this obvious that he did.

First post I've come across since I read your thoughts on the TV situation.

Wanted to give you props. The longer this extends the more it looks like your theory posted in another forum of interested parties using this as leverage for more money. Once I found out Sexton represents TV, the more I agree with you. This is classic Sexton negotiating.

It's certainly violence committed by a right wing person....but probably not politically motivated.

We can do this all day. I can post study after study.
So that incident was included in those studies... But the BLM riots and antifa violence are not .. In fact if anti attached the government they would be label RW by these studies because the act is anti government.. See how flawed they are

Let's just mention the truly troubling thing that's associated with this r/l wing discussion, and why you really can't trust most of these surveys.

These 'intellectuals' made the decision that totalitarianism is a strict indicator of R wing philosophy. And they did it just after the Nazis committed mass genocide while trying to take over the world, and while the Communists were committing mass genocide, while trying to take over the world.

They literally had to redefine the German National SOCIALISTS (and apparently United SOCIALISTS of Russia) as right wing to protect the reputation of their favored ideals. They'll do anything to put lipstick on that pig.

He can’t handle the backlash here …can you imagine his weak little wrists figuring out his rod and reel when it blows up cause he don’t know how to cast.
Learn to fish 😆
Social worker trying to be Jesus now.

Basically, the forum is a tiny sample of Dead Internet Theory. Basically, 99% of the traffic can be considered basically pro-trump (or whatever you want to call it) because bots, loonies, etc are using a message that negatively impacts what they are trying to accomplish. So, at this point, if someone was pro-trump pro-vance (whatever), you just act like a nut that is against the orange man.

🤷‍♂️

AI is kind of doing the same thing to itself, and there are some interesting reads on the internet as to how AI over time becomes less useful because on the internet you can't tell what is real or false or made up. So, AI just keeps on being fed back into itself there by creating more distortion each time which is further from the reality we know.

Yes. He does. But he will not discuss how flawed they are. He'll eschew nuance, while claiming to be a champion of nuance. Sadly, he only seems to appreciate nuance when it's fake and useful for retreat from those corners he invariably paints himself into.

Yep .... and what happened to that 24-72 hour expected time frame? I think we're on about hour 84 by now. LOL.

I don't think it's just more money for himself though. I think Tony is a little miffed at how much NIL money is being allotted to the women's basketball program, and he believes that it's just because 😍 Kim Caldwell 😍 was Danny White's hire and he wasn't. Therefore women's basketball is being prioritized over baseball.

I walked through a No Kings rally in Gwinnutia. The protesters were diverse and included a number of Republicans. Several held signs that said, I Didn’t Vote for This! I spoke with a few. They expressed doubt about Trump’s declared states of emergency, Congressional Republicans’ failure to exercise their powers and responsibilities, as well as their ideologically driven legislation that is contrary to the will of the vast majority of Americans. One blamed the Republicans for the shutdown, stating plainly that they didn’t have the votes in the Senate to kill ACÁ subsidies. This prompted another to grumble that with tariffs increasing the cost of everything, nobody could afford the increases in health care costs that ending ACÁ subsidies would bring about. I walked away as a discussion of weaning Americans off the subsidies broke out. From my experience, the No Kings rallies aren’t the purview of leftists and the slurs being tossed about by Republican politicians aren’t helpful to their political futures.

That's a joke of a survey..from the start using terrorist incidents world wide vs individual level at the States is the least aggregious act of the study. And it used here..I could go further indepth but it'd be lost on a teacher who whole existence is based on the fallacy of appealing to authority which he does here blindly again..
All old data is a joke since some violent acts are labeled wrong in the past. We are told not to believe what we see.

The Inconvenient Truth About The No Kings Protests that swept the nation

An inconvenient truth has emerged about the anti-Trump No Kings protests that swept the nation over the weekend - they were mainly attended by rich, old white people.

That demographic is traditionally associated with conservative politics, but it is increasingly synonymous - which some may argue is because of Joe Biden - with the Democratic Party.

In Atlanta, where the population is predominantly black, liberal attendees who took to the streets on Saturday were mostly white, even though they make up just 38 percent of the city.

At other protests across the country, including in Washington, DC, New York and Los Angeles, the diversity and inclusion crowd didn't appear to attract anyone outside their demographic.

The vast majority of activists - some of whom were seen holding signs likening Trump to Adolf Hitler and ICE to the Gestapo - appeared to be white, privileged and elderly suburbanites.

They included, predictably, Hollywood stars, including Pedro Pascal, 50, John Cusack, 59, Jamie Lee Curtis, 66, and Glenn Close, 78.

Lindell TV anchor Allison Steinberg (pictured in DC), said: 'The funny thing is the protests didn't seem too diverse, in fact, they appeared to be primarily comprised of old, white liberals. You know, the old hippie crowd who never grew up.'

From 2011 through 2024, an average of 20 right-wing terror incidents took place each year, compared to an average of nearly three left-wing incidents annually.
You know I doubt the veracity of this study, right?

So the 14% approval rated American libs held signs, stomped their feet 😂 and you found 1 “Republican “ that blamed the shut down on Trump. Impressive 👀

I want to explore this a bit further in the OT.

Thanks.
