I never got a Panama Jack shirt.

I did get a Swatch for my 12th birthday. I've still got my Swatch jellyfish watch!

We just spent multiple millions signing a high school basketball player. You can’t tell me boosters will pony up for that, but not for football players at a football-first school.

I think there are lot of plausible explanations for our lack of portal activity, but I really don’t think “there’s no more money for football” is the one.

My aunt was cleaning out an old closet at their house and found these.....
I had gave them to my uncle when I out grew them and he put them up for me. The gray one was from either 6th or 7th grade and the white one was from high school.

I also wonder if the exits have made them really concerned about potentially pushing their current guys away.

Whatever the case, I think the least likely explanation is: “We wanted to sign these guys and asked for the money, but got told ‘no.’”

I come on and read for five minutes and I'm already disgusted by this fanbase.

We don't deserve good things to happen...we finally after 15-years of pureed HCs get a good coach that almost instantly and miraculously makes us relevant again...and ALL the scumbags do is piss and moan and hate on the guy.

Heupel doesn't suck...YOU ALL SUCK. I have said fir years that worst fans in sports are Idiot Margin Tennessee fans...I'm just not sure they are the "margin" anymore.

For you awesome Tennessee Vols for Life with a modicum of common sense gratitude and appreciation...I salute you, you are the best fanbase in spor️

McGill just remember that a very, very small percentage are making 99% of the noise. I think most fans appreciate our coaches and know we are enjoying a great run in Tennessee athletics. Coach Vitello, Barnes and Heupel say constantly how we have the best fans in the country. I think they actually believe it. Clearly this forum has taken a decidedly negative tone but it’s still a fraction of the real fans. I would dare say that some of the loudest in here are not even fans. I do agree it’s getting pretty tiresome and less enjoyable in the recruiting forum. I’ll just continue to pump some sunshine for now.
