thanks for sharing. The thing with Lamiason is that he can come in THIS YEAR. I am not as hot as i was on Newton, but talent wise there is no one better out there better.

The coaches are certainly going to look at Newton this fall. There is legitimate interest from both sides. He may be their second QB. Lamaison is in the '09 class remember, so they still want to take two QBs. Then they will target one guy in next year's class.

I just can't see Newton being the QB to step in and run Kiffs system. His throws just aren't on par with an SEC caliber QB. He's scary on the ground, though...Tebow-lite.

I think there holding off to see if we are gonna get a good QB, so they don't have to sign him and have another scholly available and depth in the recruiting for a better selling pitch for a better guy in 2011.

Just watching this guys film, there is no reason why you could not turn him into a great pro-style QB. He's athletic enough to run just about any style of offense at his position. IMHO

Again, the guy was a 5* top rated QB when he went to UF out of HS. Why in the worl would Kiffin move him to WR when he's obviously a good QB. Better than anything we have on the team right now. You need to watch some film on the guy. If that doesn't change your mind, try another sport.
