War in Ukraine

All I'm doing is using Trump's own words... and his track record of publicly siding with Putin's denials of Russian aggression. You are a Trump fan boy for defending such bizarre comments. In response to Russian aggression, Trump has never done anything but side with Putin and praise Putin. Here is doing it again.

No, you dishonestly excerpted two words and tried to establish a meme until I posted the actual link and transcript showing you to be FOS.
You're disgraceful. Even a dishonest person would fess up and say "yeah, two words don't support my contention of Trump supporting and being happy that Ukraine is being invaded" but not you. To continue as if no one can read for themselves and deduce your vile agit-prop.

You're something worse than dishonest. You're corrupt.

Over Tucker Carlson's dead body. Why should we care about Ukraine?

I guess they think there was never a gay soldier in the history of the US military before a couple years ago.

Don’t ask, don’t tell seemed to work pretty well when I served. Sure, I knew personally of gay persons in my company. Here’s the thing though…we did our jobs, trained for conflict, and never once attended diversity training instead of training for the purpose of which the military is for.

As for my two sons whom are both active duty now, the bs training sessions they are mandated to attend INSTEAD of training in their actual jobs …THAT is the problem that people are clamoring about.

Training sessions in diversity and what diverse flag colors mean what isn’t going to quite cut the mustard in our next conflict.

I mean, if you don't care, you're pretty much an a-hole.

I'm sure you meant care "enough to get the military involved"

I mean the hypocrisy is definitely real. Sure we "care" about people getting killed anywhere, but we also just participated in the Olympics in a country that is committing an active genocide. Nothing our government is doing is out of the goodness of their hearts.

How much does diversity training take away from training for, as you put it, actual jobs? I mean, if its a few hours a year doesn't seem like it would matter much. I just don't know so am asking.

Biden declines to cut Russia from SWIFT payments system despite Ukraine's pleas

The United States is bucking Ukraine’s calls to remove Russia from a key international payment system, opting in favor of other sanctions that President Joe Biden argues might be more aggressive.

The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, better known as SWIFT, is the main secure messaging system that facilitates cross-border financial transactions and money transfers. SWIFT is overseen by the Bank of Belgium and is used by 11,000 banks and institutions worldwide.

While there is a divide among Western nations about whether to cut Russia out of SWIFT as punishment for its invasion of Ukraine, Kyiv had lobbied for Biden to do so.

Boris Johnson, the United Kingdom’s prime minister, lobbied “very hard” to remove Russia from the system, according to the Financial Times.

On the other side of the coin, Germany and Italy have reportedly pushed back on the move, which is among the most severe nonmilitary actions that can be undertaken to punish Russia for the invasion.

Well, I am happy that the military finally caught up with private business in BS gender and racial courses. It's about damn time.
