Racism is not endemic to white people, and it f'n pisses me off that idea is pushed relentlessly on us now. Black people are just as racist, Latinos are just as racist, Asians are just as racist...nobody is better...I am so f'n fed up with all this f'nThis assumes all are overt and "strong" racists When many are subconsciously so. Just look at all the blind studies of resume callbacks with "black" names vs otherwise...much of it is unknown to the individual more often.
As often is the case, sometimes the best solution is being exposed to others. Whether it be orientation, race, nationality, etc.
Trading one devil for another doesn't make me happy. I want a world where we can honestly compete. And people think Saban is just "warning" the league. Naw, he's legit worried his hegemony is over with the push of Texas money.
While I'm not "for" all of this, if it means Saban crying and taking his ball home, then I'll gladly watch with glee.
What happened to the SEC only allowing 25 commits?

While overall the point is valid, I think the way the NFL has only 1 black head coach and continues to hire less qualified people has to be based upon color either implicit or explicit.Forcing people to hire or interview someone based on their race is wrong...period.
There is evidence. Texas AM just landed the best class in NCAA history coming off of a mediocre year where it just happens to be the first season where NIL money is universally allowed. So just automatically assume they are lying instead of actual evidence that backs that up?
I stand by what I said...forcing someone to hire based on race is wrong...period.While overall the point is valid, I think the way the NFL has only 1 black head coach and continues to hire less qualified people has to be based upon color either implicit or explicit.
The 1 black head coach has never had a losing record, won 2SBs, lost a SB, been to multiple AFC championship games, but you never hear of teams trying to hire the next Mike Tomlin. You do see them trying to hire the next up and coming white coordinator without head coaching experience.
I do understand why Flores is upset. The idea they already hired someone and then interviewed Flores just because of the Rooney rule is insulting.
Anyway, something just isn’t quite right in a league that has only 1 black head coach. At the same time we haven’t see Raheem Morris, Byron Leftwich, or Flores get any real interests from teams while coordinators with the same or less resumes are hired behind the scenes.
