I didn't want to hire Schiano but I hated the way we went about avoiding hiring him.

The problem is that we have T. Boone Pickens/Phil Knight type donor family (the Haslems) but unlike the latter two, they are totally incompetent. The sad thing is, I think the Haslems mean well, they just don't know how to make great decisions on how to run athletics.
