Dude, it was Coastal Carolina with an FCS roster vs BYU. A BYU team that was 10x better than the one that beat an SEC roster that is top 15 in the country last year. Geez, this post smh.

Bob_Vols is full of ****. Trying too hard.

Tell-tale sign of a fake insider is sharing too much and/or having knowledge of everything.

Think of the insiders we trust here (AV, Skeeter, Matt with the random numbers etc). What do we get from them? Drive bys. Why? Because in order be in a position to even have access to a lot of info - you have to have worked hard your entire life. Built trust. Built relationships. You really gonna risk all that because random message board users want questions answered?

Take for example this post.... this Bob guy is claiming to have knowledge on all of the following:

A. Pruitts stance on Steele
B. The fact that Tennessee vetted another coach
C. That vetted coaches stance on Steele
D. The language/verbage in Steeles contract

I mean, come on.... dude is a fraud.

I think the Steele hire makes a lot of sense if you’ve been talking about it with your top couple choices.

If a new guy comes in there’s a good chance the whole defensive staff turns over. Having Steele here now to hopefully build relationships with the players before being retained would at least help keep guys from transferring. Especially because I’m sure he recruited a lot of players previously.

If we hire a new coach I definitely don’t want to be completely rebuilding. Would like to keep tee, graham and Chaney on the offensive side. Steele on defense now.
