I'm having mine out next Tuesday and I was curious about it since you sound like everything is going well. I'm a bit younger than you (50) so, hopefully, a long way to go yet and getting rid of the cancer now rather than waiting seemed to be the best option. The surgeon I'm seeing specializes in robotic surgery so I'm praying for good results.
🙏 for you also. It helps.

I miss the Ted Turner days of the Atlanta Braves where they weren't afraid to spend money. Are they still owned by Liberty Mutual? I hated when they bought the Braves because they were clear they weren't going to spend like Ted.

Not the insurance company. Liberty Media. Yes they’re sole owner.

Will have you in my prayers.

I had mine taken out in June and I’m 50. Mine was robotic surgery. I wanted the cancer out of my body so it couldn’t metastasize anywhere else. I did fine after the surgery, but truly hated the catheter I had to keep in for a week after the surgery at home. The rest was fine. Very little pain. Couldn’t lift over 20 lbs for about a month. Then I went back and my PSA was 0. I recommend the surgery, but other methods may be good also.

That sounds promising. Glad it went well for you.

I hate linking these because they don't cooperate half the time, but basically Bailey didn't go past the first read and took the shot 1 on 1. JG didn't go far enough and didn't take his third read. Difference was Widemans guy was on him in press so he was able to make the throw. The guy on Palmer wasn't in press so the throw wasn't there.

So, Bailey made the right read and threw a catchable ball.
