When I read something I just think....well, that's the worst that could happen...then move on lol.
Unfortunately I understand it because I am surrounded by a lot of people that are pessimistic. My daughter celebrates how she never gets disappointed but gets surprised. I am optimistic, a cheerleader and an encourager so I am always trying to help, and they are always running to me. It can be exhausting, but the optimist in me keeps trying lol. It's good to analyze any situation and look at all the what if's, from worst-case to best-case scenarios. No different from making a move in chess...or in war. But it's not healthy to stay fixated on the worst-case scenario and always expect it to happen. Especially when it is something that you personally have zero control over. But I understand it. It's the belief that if I expect the worst-case then I won't be quite as devastated when it happens. Unortunately that is lingering BVS.
Go ahead and die on that giant hill of bullOpinions vary and I’m not tearing Shuler down. He was a good Qb but his arm strength was not as strong as the hype created at the beginning of his junior season. That was per the NFL Draft analysis which was reported at the time.
I'm sure there's more than one person who has plenty of dirt on the SEC and every conference member but I don't see the commissioner bowing to blackmail regarding transfers. That's just a pipe dream. On the other hand, I would love for the sh^t to hit the fan over this issue. It would definitely put the Covid talk on the back burner for a whileEric Ainge says he’s “sick” over the Sankey quote, he went on to say something along the lines of knowing something about UGA and/or the SEC and that if the SEC doesn’t clear Mays then he’ll announce the info that he has.
I am like your daughter, I used to be like you...but then the last 20 years happened, and I just can't do it anymore. I hate feeling sucker punched worse than anything in the world. I will expect the worst and hope for the best short-term, but I do believe sometime, someway the worm will turn...I hope.Unfortunately I understand it because I am surrounded by a lot of people that are pessimistic.
