he as in JG.....better make sure im specific before the BM police come thru.......has his ups and downs. def not consistent.

shrout's lack of real opportunity was sickening. maurer got a few chances

@sjt18 is a neutral of all the qbs. I know that he’s openly criticized Maurer because I can read. The only reason he and I don’t butt heads like us is simply because he’s always been fair. Doesn’t mean we agree on everything. He criticizes with class where as yourself, K town and Pulaski do it with an agenda and dishonesty.

Neither Maurer nor Shrout has been given that chance. Shrout did perform just as well as jg in the sc. game, actually better 14 points with jg, 13 with Shrout, with less playing time. And no where near the game expierence that jg has been given. With all that said we don't know what we have at qb position. Other than jg.

Most second and third team QBs feel they have not played as much as they wanted to play. How many of us have been to practice and observed had ny of the QBs practice. Those who practice best usually are the ones who play the most. Frankly, I think we would have won 2-3 more games with even good QB play. We would have lost 1-2 more games if Jg had not started playing better the last 6 games. That is one reason why I think HB could be playing a lot or starting sometime in late October. I think HB will only be here 3 years and that we had better recruit an outstanding next year to have at least one talented QB ready and available in 2021-22.

Dude hates JG more and loves BM almost as much as you. Neither one of you have debated the qbs honestly. Either that or you both just have no clue about football.

Whatever stat junkie. Another clear example of your kind only hearing what you want to hear and seeing what you want to see while deflecting ALL other details surrounding it.
You see..... we both have debated the qbs honestly with OUR EYES. You on the other hand.......You’ve only done it with stats. Why is that? Because “stats” are all you have to back your bias as long as you cherry pick the right ones and leave out others.
For the record, I can find stats that make Dak Prescott look better than Brady, Manning, Brees ext ext. as long as I cherry pick them. I can also find stats to back my opinion that BM is the most talented of all our qbs regardless of rank. But I CHOOSE not to because ITS NOT A FAIR debate when so many factors play into “stats” when debating individual talent.
Take Arik Gilbert, #7 and #28 away from HB, replace his o line with not even D2-3 talent across the board and replace his defense with one that averages 48 points a game and tell me if he’s able to do what hes done. That’s the odds BM played with, so when comparing INDIVIDUAL talent you gotta compare at the same odds. Wanna see stats that show he put up comparable/better numbers? You being the stat junkie I’m sure you’ll appreciate it. But then again... knowing you, you’ll deny it even if you seen it with your own eyes.

Yes I use stats, also known as data or facts. You use feelings and an eye test which is only just confirmation bias.

So yes I use actual data and facts.
