If this was the coaches plan .. it was a great play call in a very short amount of time to decide. This would probably be a situation where you call 2 plays in the huddle on 3rd down. "Run crash and pull dive left on 3rd .. then hurry to the line and run it again on 4th if needed". You can understand the coaches frustration when their own QB ruined it on 4th down.My view on it was they wanted to give the perceptions of a QB sneak so the bama LBs would crash inside which would play into the blocking scheme. Although that would just make Jg even dumber if he didn’t realize that would kill any chance of a Qb sneak working. I have too with that he went rogue though because the entire line blocked for a run play.
The odds of JG doing something to lose the game are much higher than the odds that he plays well enough to propel us to a win. That’s just the truth, nothing in his history suggests he’s the best option to get this team a W.

Agree to some extent. I think we all agree that JG is playing worse this year than he did last year. He has had about one good quarter all year, tbh.As much as I dislike Jg at moment he is best chance at a win without BM Saturday. He has had some success at times vs Muschamp just faltered late. He was really good last yr most of that game. I’d expect a heavy dose of the run game regardless. This OL is playing with a mean streak so need to try and take advantage of it.
I am guessing that is a reference I don't recognize, so I don't catch the full implications; but can't Rogue Fumble also go by Rogue Two? There's a lot of aspects to that epic fail.Come on paininmyass...get on board with Rouge Two..
Mightn't a clusterf--k qualify as a Rogue Squadron all by his lonesome? If someone else does it, we can have a Rogue Squadron
He was on the field because the refs did not step in to give Bama a chance to substitute because Tennessee had.
Yup. The whole teams feels it as do the coaches. Boo birds need to have their ticket revoked and kicked out.I know that it is very likely to happen anyway, but if Coach Pruitt decides to start JG, I am going to ask our fans on here not to boo. I think booing the home team at a game is among the most classless things you can do. I don't care what you paid for your ticket. Also, how does it make the rest of the team feel? Probably, not very good. @me if you must, but booing the home team is classless and cowardly.

I mean just imagine the difference between booing and the whole crowd cheering wildly when the offense steps out, regardless of QB. They will feel the whole stadium is behind them.
After reading an article by Ubben on the Athletic, where he interviews a bunch of different neurologists about playing the week after receiving two concussions in back to back games, I don't think there's any way BM starts on Saturday. The only way would be that the hit in the Bama game didn't actually result in a concussion. We're going to have to ride with JG.
