Any chance Grant comes back?

So Grant measured almost 6’8”, curious where all the people saying he was 6’6”-6’6” are? Those were really good measurements for him, think they’ll quiet some concerns over his size, likely solidify his spot in Top 25.

It would really help his cause if he had a better than average wingspan. PJ Washington, for example, is an almost identical height (half inch taller), but has a 7’ 2.5” wingspan.

I’ll tell you, the most surprising number to me is the 5.4% body fat. We all know he’s trimmed up, but that is a surprising number, still.

Is that measured in shoes? Just curious.

Either way those measurables only help him

Yeah, that's astounding. Grant was obviously in great shape all season, but that was probably more like 9-11% body fat; cutting to 5.4% shows a ridiculous amount of dedication.

The recruiting forum listed his measurements and then realized they are with shoes. So, technically, he is about 6'6". But, obviously, everyone plays in shoes.

I'm genuinely surprised that he is that tall. He either grew a good bit from freshman year (obviously he did), because he was listed as 6-5 freshmen year. He wasn't even listed at 6-8 while here, even though I guess he should have been since most people do it with shoes on. This is huge news for him, honestly I think he's a lock for a top 15 spot now.

These measurements combined with video of him shooting well from the 3pt line are going to result in moving up a few slots in the draft.
The most important one is that he isn’t even 6’6”.
Maybe if he came back with the body fat and worked on his outside game. I can’t see actually pulling the trigger on guy that it shorter than many twos and threes.

He's projected first round. didn't have to scrimmage today but did anyway. Evidently someone IS going to pull the trigger.

All players are measured with shoes on and off. I’ll let you guess which one that is. Want to guess how that measures up with other post players?
Not good.

Doesn't matter that much, I've seen him guard people much taller and bigger than him and more than hold his own. Azabuki from Kansas, Naz Reid, Shittu, all people who he had a lot of success against. Draymond green is only 6-7, Paul Millsap is 6-8, Jordan bell is 6-7. He had good drills and a skill set most others don't have.
