I don't see it happening, but I have been wrong so many times, that I could see it happening! If Grant and Bone have lackluster NBA Combines, then they both could be back and that would certainly be a boost for the team. Then we would only need to adjust for the loss of Schofield, Alexander, a seldom used transfer and two walk-ons!
Huge if it happens!
Well we won't know until the draft honestly, I like that this rule allows kids to get drafted (or not) without losing eligibility.
Bone I believe is just gone period though. Grant if he slips to the 2nd may return "thanks but no thanks" cause he's likely to only improve his draft potential returning.
There is no rule that allows them to be drafted. They can only go to combine and be graded. If they choose to enter draft, then they are no longer eligible.
You can actually stay in draft and return to school if you don't get drafted. But you have to notify your school that you want to continue your eligibility by 5pm on the Monday after the draft. There is no rule that allows them to be drafted. Wow, so we'll know one way or the other on Saturday. Not gonna make us all sweat it out till May 29th. Good.
