Requesting prayers

He says hes going to be giving me some kind of nausea medicine. These chemo pills are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, so I don't know if that will make it worse or better
On one of the chemo's mom was on, they gave her three pills to take the day after. She experienced side effects of everything, if kinda became a running joke, but we found out one of the pills wasn't something she HAD to take, and the side effects from it were awful. That's when we learned to question EVERYTHING they give you, find out why you're taking it, what it does, whether you have to have it, etc. Knowledge is power. :D

It’s so weird, that most of us just accept what our doctor prescribes for us without question. I’m guilty of it.

The one they're putting me on is called Temodar. I'll have to take it every day for 6 weeks, starting the day I start the radiation.

This is where I get a bit confused. I'll have to stop the Temodar for a month after the radiation stops, then resume it.
