The democrats don't care. They just want to push the vote till after midterms. There will just be more ridiculous demands on how proceedings should go and further delay.

Had this allegation been made weeks ago there would have been time for investigation and a vote. Or possibly Trump could have just pulled Kavanaugh and named someone else.

Cory Gardner, R-Colo., from an anonymous individual apparently in Denver, alleging that Kavanaugh "shoved" someone up against a wall "very aggressively and sexually" during an outing in front of four witnesses.
