Pope: There Is No Hell

Incorrect

Shhhh. Let the self righteous continue wagging their fingers at everyone else.

Jesus said to pray in secret and not be like the hypocrites that stand on the street corner screaming about how pious they are at the top of their lungs.

Baptist are not protestant.:hi:

This is actually true. Baptist denomination predates the reformation, Luther, protestants, etc...the 1st Baptist, of course, was John the Baptist, of which Christ sppke higher than any other man of the time. Ij am not a Baptist, btw..though I am a member of a Baptist church. Don't claim any denomination, don't think God cares. He cares how and when we worship, and what we love and believe. My opinion

Francis is a POS pope in a long line of POS popes.

Pope Stephen VI, the successor of Boniface, influenced by Lambert and Agiltrude, sat in judgment of Formosus in 897, in what was called the Cadaver Synod. The corpse was disinterred, clad in papal vestments, and seated on a throne to face all the charges from John VIII. The verdict was that the deceased had been unworthy of the pontificate. The damnatio memoriae, an old judicial practice from Ancient Rome, was applied to Formosus, all his measures and acts were annulled and the orders conferred by him were declared invalid. The papal vestments were torn from his body, the three fingers from his right hand that he had used in consecrations were cut off and the corpse was thrown into the Tiber (later to be retrieved by a monk).

Even though I am a Catholic, I could not care less what one proclaims as their denomination. The ultimate goal is heaven for those that believe in Jesus and accept his teachings.

IMO, those that want to nit pick and say ‘you are wrong’ or ‘you drink wine instead of grape juice’ are doing nothing but dividing the Christian Church. They are doing nothing but sowing discord. Is that what one should be doing in the name of Jesus?

I don’t care if you play contemporary music at your service or play old gospel hymns or play calming music or get giggy in your pews. Why should it matter as long as it touches ones heart and gets them to listening to God’s Word?

There are over 400 Christian denominations. Why? Because some human decided their interpretation was better than some other human’s interpretation.

Is Catholicism any better or more right than any other Christian denomination? IMO, no. It’s made of humans and humans err and the Catholic Church has made many mistakes throughout the years. Still does. Does that mean we are going to hell automatically? To hear our Baptist brother preach it, it sure sounds like it. What humility he shows.

Bottom line...why continue the division and fight? Why not support each other and help each other, Christian and non-Christian alike. Isn’t THAT what Jesus taught?

No. This is like saying the Church of Christ was established in 33 AD. A bunch of old dudes will tell ya that down at Freed Hardeman.

The Baptist church was named by her enemies. Many different names they were called. The belief system has basically been the same though. The Bible being the final authority and practice. :hi:
No organization of a denomination, but local indigenous churches.
